Cpl. Charles O. Palmer II Memorial Troop Support Program (MTSP) was formed, to raise awareness to the general public of the sacrifices and dedication of troops of all branches of the United States Military by supporting Active Duty Service Members and their Family Members, Veteran's and their Family Members, and all Gold Star Family Members  

(Families who have lost someone while on Active Duty)
